YOUR PRIVACY - OUR #1 GOAL
Required Information
To open an account, customers must provide their name, address, and email address. This information is necessary for us to process transactions and protect against credit card or bank account fraud, and it allows us to contact you if needed.

Transaction Information
To process transactions, we collect information related to each transaction, such as itmes purchased and customer account number.

Third-Party Information
During the process of transactions, we collect verification information from our credit card authorization service. Our card service verifies that the customer's credit card information and address match the information the customer provided to us. The credit card number is submitted via our secure transaction layer directly to our card service. We never see or store the credit card number. Our card service provides us with an authorization code only.

Aggregate Statistical Information
We collect aggregated statistical information for purposes of improving our service and your experience with our site. This data does not contain personally identifying information, such as name or email address. For example, we count how many people visit a certain page or perform a certain action, but we have no way of knowing WHICH people did it.

OUR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Internal Uses
We use data collected on our site to maintain each customer's first order information to maintain our accounts and to improve the customer's experience. We give access to individually identifiable information about our customers only to those employees who require it to perform their job.

Disclosure to Third Parties
We will not give third parties individually identifiable information about customers except for the limited purposes described below:
  1. When it is necessary or appropriate to comply with the law or legal process, to protect our systems and customers, or to ensure the integrity and operation of our business and systems.
  2. We are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority.
  3. We are required to disclose it in order to process transactions.
  4. We may share aggregated statistical data with our business partners or the general public. For example, we may tell the general public that 15% of our customers live outside North America. We will never tell the general public which of our customers live where.
Internet Information
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Use of Cookies
We do not use cookies on our site. Some browsers will maintain temporary cookie infomation while the browser session remains active. If you leave our site and return without having shut the browser down, the session ID assigned during your previous visit may remain active. This is an artifact of the browser, not of our site.

This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the site. We will post those changes prominently so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
